Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Build Behavox’s core financial model using three-statement modeling and SaaS forecasting in a hybrid role with one office day weekly. Turn financial analysis into recommendations for leadership, the board, and investors.

As Senior FP&A Analyst, you own the model architecture, accounting logic, forecasts, scenarios, and integrated budgets. You evaluate acquisitions through valuations, diligence, pro-forma modeling, and consolidation. The role requires business judgment across revenue drivers, cost structures, SaaS metrics, and operating levers. You also apply AI and spreadsheet automation while preserving financial validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain integrated three-statement and operating models
• Evaluate acquisition targets and consolidate completed deals
• Drive financial substance of recurring business reviews
• Diagnose SaaS metrics and model downside cases
• Automate appropriate workflows while protecting financial integrity

Requirements:

• Understanding of integrated financial model architecture and accounting
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment
• Experience with forecasting, SaaS metrics, and operating drivers
• Understanding of acquisition valuation and purchase accounting
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, AI, and automation
