Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Lead financial planning and variance analysis for an Omnicom Media agency, using budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial management processes.

This senior analyst supports Client Finance across Omnicom Media agencies, including Initiative, UM, PHD, and OMD. The work involves preparing financial reports, analyzing profitability, and collaborating with Client Account Leads. You will also coordinate revenue recognition, billing, and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Investigate, explain, and resolve actual variances
• Prepare and analyze client profitability and staff allocation
• Load budgets, forecasts, Hyperion, and Vantage schedules
• Monitor receivables and coordinate collection follow-up

Requirements:

• Intermediate financial or accounting experience
• Media agency, marketing, or advertising industry experience preferred
• Accounting designation completed or nearing completion is an asset
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Microsoft Office and financial systems proficiency preferred
