Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

This Senior Accountant supports a growing organization through reporting, analysis, process improvement, and business support initiatives. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will partner with stakeholders across the business. The position spans month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
• Support close activities with entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
• Analyze performance and provide decision-making insights
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modeling
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and internal controls

Requirements:

• CPA designation completed or currently in progress
• Three-plus years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong financial reporting and general accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
