Senior Fintech Implementation Specialist

Lead enterprise fintech implementations at VoPay International Inc. using RESTful APIs and payment orchestration expertise in an in-office role. Guide customers from onboarding through production go-live.

As a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist, you will lead customer deployments for VoPay’s embedded finance platform. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Success teams. Apply API integration, Postman, webhooks, and payment workflow knowledge while coordinating customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects through production go-live
• Guide API, embedded component, and payment orchestration integrations
• Troubleshoot requests, webhooks, authentication, routing, and reconciliation
• Manage milestones, launch checklists, risks, and project documentation
• Deliver training and transition live accounts to support teams

Requirements:

• Three to seven-plus years in SaaS implementation or technical onboarding
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Postman, webhooks, and integrations
• Experience with fintech, payments, banking, treasury, or compliance workflows
• Customer-facing communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and troubleshoot complex issues
