Senior FinTech Product Manager

This Senior Product Manager role sits within an established enterprise Financial Services business with more than 250 employees. You will own a core FinTech product line while translating compliance requirements into effective customer features. The position combines stakeholder management, data-led decisions, and product strategy communication. You will also mentor junior product managers and help embed best practice frameworks across the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration
• Translate regulatory requirements into effective customer-facing product features
• Run discovery with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders
• Present product strategy and performance data to senior leadership
• Balance technical debt, feature delivery, and regulatory deadlines

Requirements:

• Several years’ Product Management experience in Financial Services
• Track record shipping products at scale within enterprise environments
• Ability to interpret regulations while maintaining user focus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence using data to make product decisions
