As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will engage directly with clients to understand their investment workflows and data challenges, and help tailor and integrate solutions around their IBOR and investment lifecycle needs. You will operate at the intersection of investment management and technology, using data integration and scripting to support front-to-back office processes. The role emphasizes domain expertise and client delivery over pure software development, with a focus on impactful, real-world investment data solutions. Responsibilities
  • Understand client operating models, investment workflows and data challenges
  • Configure and integrate solutions to client requirements
  • Discuss complex Investment Management processes with senior stakeholders
  • Leverage SQL, APIs and data integration to deliver solutions
  • Apply Python scripting where appropriate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement client projects
  • Support IBOR environments and investment data in front-to-back office contexts
  • Ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction on investment data initiatives
Key requirements
  • Strong Investment Management domain knowledge (Investment Lifecycle, Investment Operations)
  • Experience with IBOR environments
  • Comfort with SQL, APIs and data integration
  • Some Python scripting capability
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of fixed income and other asset classes
  • Ability to discuss complex investment processes with senior stakeholders
  • Background in investment technology, asset management, implementation, consulting, or investment operations
