Overview

In this role you embed with TP ICAP’s business divisions to lead end-to-end AI deployments, from discovery to production rollout. You design scalable AI solutions that align with business outcomes and drive adoption from prototype to operating systems. You collaborate with domain teams and the central AI platform to influence roadmaps and share field insights. You operate at the intersection of delivery and core platform development, shaping engineering culture in a fast-evolving AI landscape. This is a high-impact opportunity to advance generative AI initiatives that transform how the business uses data and AI solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end AI deployments within assigned business divisions, from discovery through production rollout
  • Embed with stakeholders to translate domain requirements into technical solutions and communicate progress to leadership
  • Architect, build, and deploy AI applications powered by large language models and generative AI; write/review production-grade code across frontend and backend
  • Co-develop and enhance the shared AI service platform with the central AI & Innovation Lab; feed field insights to product roadmaps
  • Drive adoption by measuring production usage and business impact; present outcomes and recommendations to leadership
Key requirements
  • Generative AI, Machine Learning, and large language models expertise
  • Hands-on prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python and production-grade full-stack code
  • Proven track record moving solutions from prototype to production
  • Experience managing technical priorities in an Agile environment
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving
  • AWS experience including Bedrock and Serverless ecosystem
  • Front-end: React; back-end: scalable APIs and microservices
  • OAuth (Okta) for secure authentication and authorization
