Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Generative AI, Google Cloud Platform
Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you partner with customers to design and deploy bespoke conversational AI agents on Google Cloud. You write custom code, build tooling, and contribute to core product code to resolve critical issues. You turn field learnings into reusable accelerators and best practices, influencing product direction. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and AI product evolution.
Responsibilities- Partner with customers to understand business issues and design/co-develop/Debug/deploy custom AI agents
- Write bespoke code and develop tooling; contribute to core product codebase
- Systematize learnings into reusable tools, docs, accelerators, and best practices
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering; synthesize field insights to influence product strategy
- Act as SME giving guidance on agent improvement, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness
- 5 years of software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year with an advanced degree
- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging)
- 1 year of experience with GenAI concepts and one or more ML domains (speech/audio, RL, ML infrastructure, or related field)
- Experience with GenAI concepts (LLM, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) and generation across text, image, video, or audio
