Senior FP&A Financial Analyst

Apply advanced Excel and FP&A expertise as a Senior Financial Analyst with Bayshore HealthCare in Mississauga through a hybrid work model.

This senior position supports business leaders with planning, reporting, operational analytics, and financial projections. You will partner with Regional and Area Directors, develop business metrics, and communicate results to senior management. The role reports to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and financial analysis for business leaders
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial outlooks collaboratively
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting packages
• Analyze variances and recommend informed next steps
• Prepare presentations for senior leaders and the Board

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree and CPA designation or near completion
• Three or more years of FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication, influencing, and partnership-building skills
• Experience with Vena, PeopleSoft, or NAV is an asset
