£80,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are seeking a commercially focused Senior FP&A Manager to join a growing construction business, leading financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability. ??
Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning. Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and performance insights. Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control. Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases. Monitor project performance, margins, cash flow and key financial KPIs. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. ?
Key Requirements CIMA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent. Proven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role. Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills. Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a project-based environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
