BlueCat is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst, Systems & Automation, to own our planning and reporting system, build AI-assisted workflows, and drive scalable automation across finance. You will manage Pigment, create driver-based models, and partner with ERP/CRM data sources to streamline close and budgeting cycles. Candidates should have 3-6 years in FP&A or related roles, hands-on experience with Pigment or similar tools, and strong SQL/Excel skills.
