Senior FPGA Engineer – Real-Time DSP Lead (Onsite)

MASS Consultants in Lincoln is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer to design and deliver real-time DSP capabilities for mission‑critical systems. This on‑site role focuses on RF signal processing across complex pipelines, collaborating with system engineers, software teams and domain experts.

The successful candidate will have FPGA‑based DSP experience, MATLAB/Simulink expertise and be comfortable mentoring engineers in a fast‑paced, security‑driven environment.
