Senior Fraud Operations Lead (Remote-First)

Mission Lane, a U.S. fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Operations Lead, Fraud to grow and coach a 13–15 person Fraud Associates team. You will drive coaching rhythms, balance fraud prevention with customer experience, and lead performance improvements across the group.

The role requires 3+ years leading fraud operations, strong data skills, and the ability to navigate high‑risk scenarios. This remote‑first role supports US locations with travel to Richmond, VA as needed.
