Overview
As Senior Software , you will lead the UI implementation of our products within a multifunctional team, collaborating with Product and Design to ensure merchants have an optimal front-end experience. You drive project priorities, deadlines, and high-quality deliverables across the full stack. You’ll design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions, shaping scalable, accessible experiences for global customers. This role offers impact in a fast-growing fintech environment and opportunities to lead initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead UI implementation for Checkout.com products and services
- Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure optimal frontend experiences
- Set project priorities and manage deadlines
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
- Ensure high-quality, accessible applications with strong UX
- Lead technical initiatives and guide cross-functional teams
- React and TypeScript expertise with architecture experience
- Experience in software development, design, and architecture with security focus
- Experience collaborating with design and backend teams
- Experience with CI/CD workflows
- Cloud-based application development experience
- Strong customer focus and accessible UX
- Experience leading tech initiatives and delivering results
- Strong communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Desirable: some C# experience
- Desirable: understanding of security vulnerabilities and performance issues in web apps
- Desirable: experience with asynchronous, event-driven architecture
