Senior Front End Software Engineer - Application Development

In this Senior Front End role, you’ll build scalable, data-intensive UIs for Palantir Foundry, enabling users to craft powerful applications. You’ll shape interfaces, state management, and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data needs into usable tools. The position blends hands-on frontend work with user insight, delivering approachable solutions for demanding workflows. • Lead and mentor within the frontend community and develop shared tooling
• Architect and build high-scale data-intensive APIs
• Develop interactive workflow UIs
• Create tools to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical users
• Build low-code/no-code WYSIWYG tools for Foundry builders
• Develop next-generation pro-code tools for developers on Foundry
• Engage with frontline signals from deployment strategists to evolve the product

• 4+ years of frontend software engineering experience
• Strong UX experience with good design sense
• Experience with design systems (Blueprint, Material-UI, or similar)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web tech
• Familiarity with data structures, loading patterns, frontend frameworks, and related tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active UK security clearance or willingness to obtain (beneficial but not required)
