Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build robust trading- and exchange-connectivity software that supports 24/7 global crypto trading. You’ll work closely with Traders and Quant Researchers to translate high-level requirements into performant systems and tools across multiple exchanges. You’ll blend legacy and new development, ensuring reliability and integration with core infrastructure. This role offers an opportunity to shape systematic market-making in digital assets within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cryptoassets team to support 24/7 global trading operations
- Architect and implement systems for trading, exchange connectivity, and monitoring
- Develop across multiple languages (Python, Java) to deliver tasks
- Conduct unit, functional, and integration testing
- Maintain legacy code while driving new development
- Foster collaboration among traders, researchers, and software engineers
- Design, develop, and support mission-critical, high-performance applications
- Strong experience in C++, Rust, Java and Python
- Expertise in network communication (multicast, WebSockets)
- Proficiency in inter-process messaging, microservices, and API design
- Familiarity with Functional Programming and Immutable Design
- Trading systems experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
