About the Role

Lead the frontend architecture of our global SaaS web apps and enterprise dashboards. Drive high-performance rendering, design system component libraries, and glassmorphic UI state management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect micro-frontend architectures using React 19, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Maintain and expand our core Tailwind CSS & Radix UI accessible design system
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and real-time WebSocket state streaming
  • Mentor frontend developers and establish strict code review quality gates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JS build tools
  • Expertise in Next.js App Router, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, and SSR/ISR strategies
