Build AI-powered analytics experiences as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with Grafana Labs, working remotely across Canada on large datasets.

The Grafana Analytics team seeks a senior engineer with strong software engineering skills and a product mindset. You will develop user-facing software, apply LLMs and context engineering, and experiment with GenAI applications. The work focuses on helping users discover, organize, and optimize access to enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build high-performance full-stack AI user experiences
  • Prototype, test, and validate features with real users
  • Ship LLM-powered workflows for data engineering
  • Integrate agentic components with Slack and alerting systems
  • Own scalable, maintainable AI solutions

Requirements:

  • Production-grade user-facing software experience
  • Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and GenAI applications
  • Proven delivery of software actively used by users
  • Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
  • Experience using observability tools for troubleshooting
