Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

Build full stack applications and AI agents with BCI in Vancouver or Victoria, using Python, TypeScript, Databricks, and Azure.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will deliver production solutions for Private Equity with minimal technical direction. Your work spans back-end architecture, REST APIs, front ends, data pipelines, and analytical models. You will own delivery from stakeholder discovery through production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define solutions with Private Equity stakeholders
• Design applications across Databricks Apps and Azure
• Build REST APIs, front ends, and integrations
• Own testing, deployment, releases, and support
• Mentor engineers through reviews and pairing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum six years of related experience
• Advanced Python and SQL proficiency
• Full stack experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Databricks, Azure, AI agents, and RAG
