Role Overview

Senior Full‑Stack Application Developer (Kotlin‑Java/React) reporting to the Director of Product Development. Full‑time, permanent with a hybrid work model in a collaborative workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with developers, product owners, and QA specialists.
  • Write robust, efficient, and secure code in Kotlin and Java, adhering to functional analyses.
  • Participate in the analysis of features that meet both business and technology needs.
  • Innovate, challenge, and refine requirements based on technical assessment.
  • Actively engage in peer‑review process, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate on functional tests and documentation of current and future features.
  • Ensure overall software quality and its evolution for the mid to long term.
  • Validate systems through scenario testing to confirm compliance with technical specifications.
  • Write reliable code following SOLID principles.
  • Fix bugs promptly while addressing more complex issues.
  • Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements – Technical

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Kotlin, Java, or .NET.
  • Expertise in SQL and micro‑service architecture.
  • Proficient with React or Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles and OOP.
  • Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps, Azure Pipelines.
  • Awareness of security challenges in web‑based applications.
  • Track record of solving complex software engineering problems.

  • Capacity to multitask in a rapid‑paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the Micronaut framework.
  • Experience with OAuth2 and OpenID.
