Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of new initiatives in real estate tech, leveraging emerging technologies.

Requirements

• CS/SE degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in web development (REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, queues, AuthZ, etc.)
• Familiar with *nix environments, source control.
• Mindful of privacy, security, and other non‑functional requirements.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and versatile.
• Willing to work in hybrid mode (Montréal).

What we look for

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React.
• Experience with LLM APIs and RAG techniques.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience setting up DevOps tools.

Team tools you’ll be working with

Google Workspace, GitHub & CoPilot, Slack, Asana, Notion, Figma, Excalidraw.
