Senior Full Stack Engineer

LinuxRecruit

London · England · United Kingdom

An early-stage AI startup is building intelligent agents designed to transform how businesses operate, automating complex workflows and unlocking new commercial opportunities in a huge, underserved industry.

The business is moving beyond basic AI integrations, developing sophisticated agentic systems that tackle real operational challenges. With ambitious plans for growth, it's an opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape a product with significant potential.

You'll work closely with the founders and an experienced engineering team, taking ownership of the product from initial idea through to production. Rather than being driven by tickets, you'll have the freedom to understand customer problems, determine the best technical approach and deliver solutions that make a tangible difference.

The role spans full-stack product engineering and applied AI, with opportunities to develop intelligent workflows, improve LLM orchestration and agent behaviour, and influence the architecture behind a growing platform. You'll help shape both the product and the engineering organisation, with the autonomy to experiment, iterate and move quickly. AI is central to both the product and the team's approach to engineering, creating an environment where new ideas can move rapidly from experimentation into real-world use.

Based in central Munich, this is a chance to work directly with the founders, influence the company's technical direction and help bring AI into an industry with enormous scope for transformation. If you want to build ambitious AI products, tackle complex problems and have a genuine say in what gets built, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
