Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Full-stack Python engineer in Central Operations, you will build and ship features used daily by Ops teams to improve efficiency and scale. You will own engineering outcomes from day one, shaping tools that support fraud prevention, customer support, and automation across Cards, Loans, and Motor products. You’ll work closely with Product, Data Science, and Analytics to deploy AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual work. This role offers the chance to impact how operations scale with a fast-growing fintech. You’ll join a collaborative, product-focused team at a unicorn fintech aiming to expand in the UK and US.

• Ship features used by Operations teams to improve efficiency and scale
• Own engineering outcomes with accountability from conception to delivery
• Contribute to internal web applications and automation for ops workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Analytics on AI-powered solutions
• Refactor and rebuild tools to better fit operational needs (e.g., QA admin systems)

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context
• Experience with FastAPI, Django or Flask (we use FastAPI)
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript and a modern JS framework (React/Angular/Vue; we use React & Next.js)
• Strong engineering principles: design patterns, testing, clean code, code reviews
• Previous experience in a product-focused team
• Desire to learn and contribute in a highly collaborative team
• Interest in Generative AI and LLMs (actual experience a plus)
