- Bridge frontend and backend/infra across the stack to deliver end-to-end capabilities
- Own features end-to-end with autonomy and production-ready code
- Shape architecture for new projects while refactoring existing codebases
- Maintain high frontend standards in AI-assisted workflows and safeguard long-term code health
- Communicate technical ideas clearly with emphasis on high-signal context
- Keep releases smooth with automated CI/CD and production monitoring
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to ship value efficiently
- 5+ years of experience with the stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js on Vercel, Python, Django)
- Experience solving problems with strong solutions rather than fixed guidelines
- Proven ability to own the development cycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring
- Comfort tackling large-scale tasks individually
- Empathetic, collaborative approach to delegating work
- Ability to develop accessible websites and scalable, high-traffic sites
- Willingness to drive cross-functional work across frontend, backend, DevOps, and infrastructure
- Pragmatic AI mindset with experience in AI workflows and tooling
