Senior Full Stack Engineer - Agentic Industrial Emissions Platform (React and Go)

As aSenior Full Stack Engineer at IFS, you will shape scalable, cloud-based Industrial AI solutions that help customers measure, disclose, and optimize decarbonization impact. You’ll lead design and architecture across frontend and backend, driving API-first, modular systems and reliable operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, observable software and mentor engineers. • Design, architect, and implement scalable APIs and accessible user interfaces
• Modernize legacy systems into modular, event-driven components
• Deliver AI-native features across frontend and backend using multiple languages
• Provide technical direction on scalability, maintainability, and product impact
• Own reliability, telemetry, SLOs, incident response, and continuous service improvement
• Champion DevOps practices: CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and ops
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers in a lean DevOps model while handling application-level DevOps
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, performance, and maintainability
• Lead product discovery with PM, Design, AI, Platform Engineering, and other teams
• Bring product- and customer-led mindset to solve pain points with scalable solutions
• Identify technical risks and bottlenecks to improve platform architecture
• Take ownership from design to production delivery

• Strong full-stack experience across front-end and back-end
• Solid front-end skills with React or similar frameworks
• Back-end experience with GoLang or equivalent languages
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native apps
• Strong DevOps understanding: CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, automation, incident response
• Proven track record of delivering secure, observable production software
• Emphasis on code quality, automated testing, and maintainability
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architecture
• Excellent collaboration across Product, Design, Platform, and Engineering teams
