Build large-scale product features remotely as a Senior Full Stack Engineer with Atlassian, using front-end architecture and server-side development. Work from Canada’s PST or MT timezones.

Atlassian seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to guide technical direction and implementation. You will work with product, design, and engineering on strategy, while delivering secure, reliable, maintainable code. The role spans React, Node.js, Java, REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, and modern testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide technical direction for large-scale product features
  • Evaluate correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact trade-offs
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Ship well-tested, secure, reliable, maintainable code
  • Fix bugs and production issues as they occur

Requirements:

  • Five-plus years of full stack engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science
  • Server-side development and object-oriented programming familiarity
  • Experience with Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or Chai
  • Experience building REST APIs and integrating GraphQL
