Senior Full Stack Engineer - London

As a Full Stack Engineer at Fresha, you will design and ship API-driven features for our Marketplace Native Apps, collaborating with product, design and various engineering teams. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging AI augmentation tools to accelerate delivery within six-week cycles while safeguarding quality and user experience. You’ll contribute to a microservices-driven architecture and Domain-Driven Design, making a meaningful impact on a global platform used by salons, spas and wellness services.

• Collaborate with product, design, frontend, infrastructure and mobile engineers to move features from discovery to rollout
• Own features end-to-end from design through testing and observability
• Design, build and maintain Ruby/Elixir code for a scalable stack
• Work with a polyglot stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) and Kafka for messaging
• Operate within a Kubernetes-driven environment and contribute to a move toward microservices
• Apply Domain-Driven Design to deliver high-quality, impactful products
• Other duties as assigned in a dynamic environment

• ~5+ years of product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure experience at scale
• Experience building and using AI agents to boost productivity while adhering to architecture and security standards
• Experience with globally distributed systems
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka)
• Familiarity with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript preferred
• Strong generalist capability and willingness to learn new frameworks
• Able to collaborate in a cross-functional, autonomous team
