Senior Full-Stack Engineer, North Tools & Retrieval

As a Senior Generalist on the North team, you design, build and own end-to-end features across the full stack for enterprise data, knowledge bases, and agent extensibility. You collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling to prototype quickly while maintaining performance and security in low-resource environments. You influence engineering standards, review processes, and mentor teammates. This role blends backend and frontend work to deliver impactful data-driven AI workflows within a trusted platform.

• Design, build, ship, and maintain full-stack features: file management, knowledge bases, agent extensibility framework, and data-sync pipelines
• Own features end-to-end from design to launch and iteration
• Write minimal, robust code suitable for low-resource environments and strict deployment constraints
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to validate requirements and prototype quickly
• Raisethe engineering bar through patterns, testing discipline, code reviews, and mentorship
• Actively apply AI in work while ensuring reliability and quality of deliverables

• Shipped substantial full-stack code (Python and React) in production
