Senior Full Stack Engineer - £600/650 Outside IR35

We're supporting a leading financial services organisation in the search for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a product-focused team building customer-facing digital solutions. Experience within Insurance, InsurTech, FinTech, Banking, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of delivery across the full software lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment, optimisation and support, working with modern cloud-native technologies on Microsoft Azure .

Key Requirements

• Strong full stack engineering experience
• TypeScript and React (Angular or Vue also welcome)
• Backend development with .NET, Node.js, Java or Python
• REST APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture
• CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices
• Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience delivering customer-facing products in agile environments

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and deploying scalable, secure applications
• Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams
• Developing across frontend, backend, APIs and cloud services
• Driving engineering best practice and technical quality
• Contributing to architecture and mentoring where needed
