As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on Team Web, you design and deliver end-to-end web solutions that power Intercom’s website and marketing ecosystem. You shape frontend and backend systems, collaborating with design, brand, and product teams to create fast, accessible experiences. You’ll optimize performance, manage infrastructure, and drive data-informed decisions through experiments and analytics. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions including UI, APIs, and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with design, brand, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless experiences across web and mobile
  • Develop backend logic, APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations
  • Optimize performance with modern frontend practices and asset management
  • Set up and manage infrastructure using Vercel, AWS, CloudFront, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement and maintain web analytics and support A/B testing for data-driven decisions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to improve development processes and UX
  • Unblock themselves end-to-end by leveraging best tools and AI-powered developer tools
Key requirements
  • 8+ years in full stack development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Expert in frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Tailwind)
  • Experience with CMS (Contentful, Sanity) and marketing tools (Google Tag Manager, Marketo)
  • Experience with CI/CD (CircleCI)
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and AWS (Vercel, CloudFront, S3)
  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics for data-informed decisions
  • Knowledge of performance optimization for fast-loading, responsive sites
  • Experience in frontend testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
  • Strong problem-solving, ability to work independently and in teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
