Responsibilities

• NHS / FHIR / HL7 integrations
• Safe deployment of AI‑assisted decision routing
• Own and lead engineering teams and set standards

Qualifications

• 15+ years full‑stack experience with large systems
• Leadership experience and ability to set engineering standards
• Deep understanding of regulated environments (NHS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Passion for building meaningful healthcare infrastructure and clinician‑led AI solutions
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python

Commitment & Compensation

Part‑time, 12‑20 hrs/week. Equity‑based compensation discussed after funding is secured.
