Senior Full Stack Lead Engineer ReactJS,

In this role you will own the lifecycle management of physical IT assets within a regulated banking environment, driving governance and cost optimization. You will help build out new HAM frameworks in a greenfield setting and contribute to the ITAM Center of Excellence across EMEA. The role supports strong regulatory alignment and audit readiness as part of a broader governance transformation. You will work with cross‑functional teams to shape asset management practices and ensure scalable, compliant processes.

• Own the physical IT asset lifecycle governance across HAM
• Build and implement new asset management frameworks in a greenfield environment
• Drive audit readiness and cost optimization for hardware assets
• Lead transformation of HAM across EMEA as part of a Centre of Excellence
• Align asset processes with regulatory standards and governance objectives

• Extensive experience in IT asset management or IT operations in a large regulated financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs, and asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Experience building frameworks beyond BAU in greenfield environments
