Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Angular/React and Kafka Experience)

Iris's direct client, Canada’s Top 5 Bank, is looking to hire a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Angular/React and Kafka Experience) for a long term contract opportunity in Mississauga, ON - (Hybrid Position) .

Position: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Angular/React and Kafka Experience)

Duration: Long Term Position (12+ Months/ Open Ended Contract)

Must Have

• 8+ years of professional experience in .NET C# development with strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and microservices architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kafka: Deep expertise in Apache/Confluent Kafka, event-driven design, producers/consumers, topics, partitions, and stream processing
• Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Solid experience building responsive UIs with Angular/React, TypeScript, REST API integration, and modern frontend tooling
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• DevOps skills: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and automation.

Responsibilities

Seeking a Full-Stack .NET Developer with strong event-driven architecture experience to design and build scalable backend services using Apache Kafka, develop robust APIs with .NET Core / C#, and deliver responsive user interfaces using Angular /React.
