Build secure banking software at CIBC using .NET, React, SQL, and JavaScript in a hybrid Toronto work arrangement.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead development, enhancement, and maintenance of critical applications. You will design robust solutions, support high-quality delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your work supports strategic business objectives and client experiences across CIBC businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects with moderate oversight and own outcomes
  • Design and ship secure, scalable full stack solutions
  • Drive automation, testing, CI/CD, and observability
  • Assess risks and embed security and privacy by design
  • Communicate decisions across product, design, operations, and partner teams

Requirements:

  • Experience with C# and modern .NET applications
  • Strong React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 experience
  • SQL Server, schema design, stored procedures, and query tuning experience
  • RESTful APIs, integrations, SSIS, ETL, and cloud-native solutions
  • AZ-900 certification, degree, or relevant certifications and bootcamp completion

Use full stack engineering, banking knowledge, and technical leadership to deliver secure solutions for CIBC clients in Toronto.
