Senior Full Stack .NET Technical Lead

Lead .NET and React.js application delivery at Nutrien, guiding production platforms through sustainment, enhancements, and technical quality. Support scalable solutions within enterprise IT.

As a technical lead, you will guide custom application platforms across Nutrien’s Enterprise Custom Applications team. Apply .NET, React.js, API design, AWS, and data persistence expertise. Balance production support with new projects and features while partnering with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, vendors, and distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction for assigned custom application platforms
• Lead incident response, defect resolution, and performance optimization
• Review designs and approve pull requests against engineering standards
• Coordinate onshore and offshore engineering work across time zones
• Champion AI-enabled delivery practices with human oversight

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
• Seven-plus years developing production software applications
• Hands-on .NET, React.js, API, and integration experience
• AWS cloud solution support and security knowledge
• Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and Jira proficiency
