Senior Full Stack PHP Engineer

Build full stack products with PHP 8+ and Symfony at Ciklum, working full-time in Canada while supporting clients directly. This senior engineering role combines software development with technical support for a product serving global clients.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work within a cross-functional development team. You will operate independently during U.S. hours while providing technical coverage. The position combines client onboarding, troubleshooting, technical requirements, and product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Product Owner to onboard new clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the product
• Translate client needs into technical requirements
• Contribute directly to ongoing product development
