Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

Overview
In this role you join cross-functional teams to build AI-native, user-facing software that scales the landlord journey. You’ll work across the stack, collaborating with product, design, and other engineers to ship features quickly while leveraging AI as a core driver of development. The role centers on owning end-to-end delivery in a fast-moving environment, shaping engineering practices for an AI-first workflow. This is a chance to contribute to GetGround’s mission of making property investment safer, faster and more accessible.

- Understand customer needs and drive ideas from concept to deployment
- Own features end-to-end in a fast-moving environment with ambiguous details
- Build and maintain user-facing products using React, Remix, TypeScript on the frontend and Golang on the backend
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to ship high-quality features quickly
- Write clear, maintainable code and documentation for humans and AI models
- Help define engineering practices for AI-native development
- Mentor other engineers and help scale the engineering culture
- Experience as a Full Stack Engineer on user-facing products
- Product and commercial thinking
- Comfort moving between frontend and backend, not necessarily expert in one side
- Curiosity about using AI tools to build software faster
- Familiarity with React, Remix, and TypeScript is welcome but not essential
- Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, or automated end-to-end tests)
- Track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers
- Clear, thoughtful communication
