Full Stack Developer expertise meets robotics software at MDA Space’s hybrid Brampton office, spanning ground control, simulators, and test tools.

This Full Stack Developer role supports the Robotics & Space Operations team. You will design, implement, maintain, and test modular, extendable, testable, efficient software solutions. The work includes frontend development, relational and nonrelational data, automated testing, and Windows or Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead designs and development for robotic ground control software
  • Build simulators and test tools for space robotics
  • Document designs and communicate them clearly
  • Lead implementation and testing of software solutions
  • Mentor junior teammates through reviews and design discussions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in software, computer, electrical engineering, or computer science
  • Experience designing software on Windows or Linux
  • Frontend development and automated testing experience
  • SQL, NoSQL, cache technologies, and ETL experience
