As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work alongside talented engineers, architects, and business partners to build modern, cloud-based applications that power investment operations across multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Commercial Real Estate, Credit Default Swaps, and Reinsurance.

What You'll Do

As a key member of an Agile delivery squad, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Build modern user experiences using React and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices .
• Develop and enhance cloud-native applications running on Azure and Kubernetes (AKS) .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to implement high-impact solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Create APIs, database designs, and server-side components supporting mission-critical investment applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, testing, and semantic versioning.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience

• 5 to 8 years of Full-Stack Development
• 5+ years of hands-on development using Java .
• 5+ years of advanced SQL and database development experience.
• 3+ years working with Microservices and Kubernetes (AKS preferred) .
• Strong experience developing modern web applications using React.js .
• Expertise with Spring Boot , RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with GitHub , GitHub Copilot , and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building solutions in Microsoft Azure .
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing, and secure development practices.

Salary range is expected to be between

$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
