In this role you will partner with public sector clients to design and deliver full-stack AI applications that power citizen-facing services. You will architect and deploy production-grade solutions, integrating AI models with UI and backend systems while maintaining reliability in cloud environments. You’ll collaborate with design, product, and data teams to scale reusable platform features for diverse international clients. This is a founding-member opportunity to shape AI in the public sector and drive meaningful impact.
Responsibilities- Partner with public sector clients to scope work, gather feedback, and implement solutions, including on-site collaboration up to two weeks per month
- Architect production-grade applications integrating AI models with full-stack frameworks (UI to backend)
- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
- Contribute to core platform features designed for reuse across international client use cases
- Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to align solutions with the broader architecture
- 5+ years of post-graduation full-stack engineering experience
- Proficiency in React (required), TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS/GCP
- Ability to architect scalable, production-grade applications in cloud environments
- Experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in customer infrastructure
- Self-starting, technically mature, able to navigate ambiguous requirements
