Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and Designers to translate requirements into solutions
  • Design and develop digital products within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Apply React (with Python) and AI capabilities to support client initiatives
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and security practices
  • Contribute to scalable, secure full-stack web applications using FastAPI
  • Manage code with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor teammates and promote engineering standards
  • Integrate frontend with backend services via REST/GraphQL
  • Work with stakeholders to refine technical requirements and drive delivery
  • Explore and implement AI features using agent frameworks and MCP concepts
Key requirements
  • Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment
  • Extensive frontend development with ReactJS; Next.js/Angular/Vue.js beneficial
  • Exposure to Python and FastAPI for full-stack development
  • Experience in unit testing with Jest
  • Experience with GraphQL and React for data fetching and state management
  • RESTful API integration
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into apps
  • Code reviews, Git, and CI/CD familiarity
  • Mentorship and adherence to coding standards
  • Financial Services or Capital Markets experience beneficial
