Senior Fullstack Developer

• As a Senior Developer, Fullstack (AI & Data Platform), you will join a highly motivated and experienced team building agent-enabled applications and backend automation that turn catalogue and metadata into governed, production-quality software
• Working alongside data engineering and governance partners, you will design services, tooling, and user-facing interfaces that make data discoverable, trustworthy, and easy to consume across the platform
• We are looking for people who can bring a strong, consulting and solution-focused mindset and contribute to architectural decisions, best practices and get things done
• Develop backend automation that integrates multiple metadata sources and generates governed artifacts - for example, automatically producing a data contract for review, editing, and publication to the registry
• Design and build agent-enabled applications and workflows, including MCP servers and tools such as a data-contract generator or a data-readiness assessment utility
• Build user-facing interfaces for platform and discovery workflows
• Deliver production-quality services with sound API design, testing, and CI/CD practices

Technical Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalentExperience with unit testing, integration testing, and modern DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)Proven track record in architecting agentic workflows and AI-driven solutions, incorporating deep integration with LLMs and sophisticated autonomous frameworksExperience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and microservicesProficiency in modern frontend frameworks, specifically React and Vue.js, as well as ES6 and TypeScriptExperience developing and optimizing code using AI-powered tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code qualityExperience with Neo4j, Supabase6+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on fullstack developmentUnderstanding of Graph RAG data structuresExperience with Cloud Computing and Serverless Architecture, preferably AWSStrong understanding of agile principles and methodologiesSoftware engineers who understand data-engineering principles and can transform catalogue and metadata output into working softwareStrong Python engineering skills, including API and service design (e.g., FastAPI), asynchronous programming, and schema validation (Pydantic / JSON Schema)You have prior experience in consultingYou actively seek out things outside your comfort zone with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologiesPrior experience and connections in the Life Sciences industry is preferredYou have a customer-first mindset and a devotion to customer serviceYou understand lean thinkingYou have strong self-initiative, passion, interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work, influence and make an impact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of the organizationYou engage and build positive internal and external client relationships, while managing multiple initiatives, often with competing prioritiesYou think about how to scale, automate and operate, not just how to build a solution to an immediate problemYou set high standards for code quality, performance/scalability and security and seek continuous improvementYou have solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsYou are responsive and thrive in a fast-paced diverse high-performance environment with rapidly changing business needsExperience in a regulated or life-sciences environmentFamiliarity with data governance and catalogue tooling and with data-contract standardsExperience building MCP servers in addition to consuming them
