Senior Fullstack Engineer – Vue 3/TS, Node & Mongo (Hybrid)

Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. Senior Fullstack Engineers own the main product surface end to end, spanning Vue 3/TypeScript frontend and Express/MongoDB backend within a single monorepo.

You will work on messy clinical data, design contract-first APIs, and ship features from spec to production, collaborating across a distributed team in NYC and Vancouver.
