Overview
In this role you will contribute to a performance-critical SaaS platform by building scalable back-end services and supporting a real-time data engine. You will work closely with front-end and product teams to deliver impactful features that help clients plan and perform with confidence. The position offers hands-on ownership of architecture decisions, focusing on reliability, scalability, and data-driven decisions. You’ll operate in a collaborative, growth-minded environment that values curiosity and impact, with a clear opportunity to shape the product at scale.

- Address scalability and performance challenges for high-volume real-time data
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to deliver features
- Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core, PostgreSQL, React, and GCP
- Drive architecture decisions and continuously improve performance and reliability
- Contribute to the full application development lifecycle and production readiness
- Proven OO software design experience with C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python or Ruby
- Proven experience with JavaScript, CSS and frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular
- Strong problem-solving ability and team player mindset
