We are currently recruiting for a Private Equity Senior Fund Accounting Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation in Toronto.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for fund accounting delivery, client relationships and team management across a portfolio of alternative investment funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop fund accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely NAV delivery.
  • Oversee NAV reviews, valuations, reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Manage key client relationships, queries and escalations.
  • Maintain strong operational controls and drive process improvements.
  • Support new fund launches, onboarding and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong fund accounting experience within fund administration or asset management.
  • Previous Manager/Senior Manager-level experience with responsibility for teams and clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of NAV calculation and fund accounting.
  • Experience across alternative investment funds, ideally hedge funds and/or private markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
