Senior Game Security Operations Manager

In this role you lead Rockstar’s Game Security team to protect players, games, and IP from cheaters and exploits. You’ll shape and enforce anti-cheat programs for live-service titles and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance security tooling and processes. The position is based in Dundee, Scotland, with a focus on scalable, secure online experiences and ongoing operational excellence. You will drive strategic initiatives, mentor a diverse team, and translate business goals into practical security objectives. • Develop and support anti-cheat initiatives to protect live-service titles
• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional anti-cheat operations team for online titles
• Set team priorities, manage resources, and plan for growth
• Establish and standardise operational processes, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to risk and performance indicators with analytics/insights partners
• Collaborate with product management, production, and leadership to define tech, tooling, and process improvements for online player experience

• 5+ years in game security, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or related security functions
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams, including across geographies
• Experience supporting live service or large-scale AAA multiplayer game operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable operational objectives
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to distill complex issues into frameworks
