Senior Gearbox Test & Validation Engineer

Matchtech Group is seeking a Senior Test & Development Engineer to support the design, development and validation of high-integrity gearbox products. The role focuses on test rig development, test execution, verification and validation, and delivering technical test systems for complex mechanical products.

You will lead test plans, specify equipment, conduct data analysis and report results, and participate in DFMEA, PFMEA, and continuous improvement activities across the project lifecycle.
