Senior Generative AI Model Validation Scientist

Generative AI model validation leads this senior scientist role at 100 King Street West, applying artificial intelligence and software engineering expertise. The Senior Applied AI Scientist joins Model Risk Management and reports to the Director, Generative and Agentic AI Model Validation. This role leads enterprise AI solution design, development, evaluation, and validation. It combines Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, and governance in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:

Validate Generative AI models and Agentic AI systems across multiple dimensions Develop methodologies, testing approaches, and validation standards Design quantitative testing and document validation evidence Partner with risk, technology, business, and governance stakeholders Evaluate emerging technologies and improve validation approaches Requirements:

Master's degree in a relevant STEM discipline Minimum five years of industry Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experience Production or enterprise Generative AI delivery experience Strong programming and scalable application development skills Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or related technologies Apply advanced AI expertise, quantitative evaluation, and sound judgment to validate enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
