Senior GIS Software Developer ArcGIS

Build GIS applications with ArcGIS Pro and Python while supporting CCIS on the GeoHub platform. Apply spatial analysis to childcare data.

This Senior Software Developer translates technical specifications into tested applications. The work supports CCIS, a Child Care Inspection System, through geospatial data consolidation, spatial analysis, and map visualizations. You will provide technical expertise and project leadership using GIS technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, compile, and maintain data-driven applications
• Support and enhance the CCIS application on GeoHub
• Lead geoprocessing and GIS web service development
• Develop server-side geoprocessing and automation scripts
• Transfer knowledge and train team members

Requirements:

• Advanced ArcGIS Pro and geoprocessing tools experience
• Experience managing ArcGIS Online, Portal, and Server services
• Structured programming experience with R or Python
• Knowledge of spatial databases and data integration
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise and spatial analysis
