Senior Global Human Factors & Usability Consultant

PDD is seeking a mid-to-senior consultant to help clients create products, services and experiences that are safe, intuitive, relevant and desirable. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver people-centred research and translate evidence into design direction.

The role can emphasize human factors, qualitative research, or a blend of both, with senior-level responsibilities including ownership of complex global projects and mentoring.
